My name is Olle Sundberg, Ols. I was born in 1961. I live in Stockholm, Sweden. I am a self-taught artist.

"The need to create and shape has been with me since I was a kid. In my teens I started drawing and painting more and more, my own fantasy world then started to take shape.

​

I rather paint big than small, rather fast than slow, rather intuitive than contemplated. Most often I do not know where it will all go when I start on a canvas. It can start in pure "Action Painting" where coincidence is allowed to show the way. Sometimes I have a vision, or even a sketch to start from, at other times it is an inner conviction that must emerge on the more spiritual plane.

I have an esoteric, theosophical way of looking at life. I switch from the abstract to the more figurative. Color, shape and aesthetics are important… I always see the paintings as design elements that will work in a home.

The process is the pleasure, it is a physical and psychical work that has to bee born. When the pictures are stilled, they also function as inner diaries. "
